Synergy Of Health is a mobile app that is designed to help people with mental health problems (depression, phobias, anxiety, OCD, etc...), as well as for people who are willing to work on their mental health improvement.

Considering that 1 in 4 people experience mental health problems in their lifetime, our app is designed to educate, inform and provide support available at anytime and anywhere for people in need.

App is supported by Ministry of  Youth and Sports of Republic Serbia, Caritas Serbia, EU Delegation in Serbia and Youth Office of the City of Belgrade.

What caused us to make this project?

​

•Every 4th person on the planet, has some mental problems.

•Every 10th person in Serbia has a panic disorder.

•Suicide rate has gone up 50%!

•Persons with severe mental disorders die 20 years prior to their piers.

•In Serbia, 24% of population has anxiety disorder!

•42% of high school students is anxious.

•More than 75% of diseases is caused by stress.

•Young people tend to use mobile apps more as a source of information.

•In Serbia, it’s a “huge” deal if you mention to someone you are going to see Psychologist.

Goal

As we are already recognized in the region, our goal is to be available in as many countries as possible, and to provide them with adequate support and assistance.

We have started with Serbian version, but want to expand and have it in English, German, French, Spanish, etc…

 

There is a huge number of people in the World that need this, and that have no access to professional help (due to remote locations, stigmas, peer and society pressure, agoraphobia, etc…)

 

We want to contribute to the improvement of mental health and raise the public awareness on this topic.
